You MUST be a credit union member to apply for a loan. If you are not a member, contact the credit union about joining the credit union. Click here to see the eligibility requirements to join the credit union.

1. Click below and download either the English or Spanish Loan Application (pdf format)

2. Print Appication, fill out completely and sent to the credit union

3. You MUST BE A CREDIT UNION MEMBER before you apply for a loan.

4. Make sure to list purpose of loan, term of the loan (number of months) and the amount requested. The amount limits, length of loan and types of loans are listed in the Rate Schedule.

5. Submit COMPLETE application, making sure to submit proof of income (recent pay stub or letter of employer, for example)
