The Queen of Peace Arlington Federal Union has partnered with PayCard Connect to offer a Reloadable Debit Card program called DebitPass. What is a DebitPass Reloadable Debit Card? It is a MasterCard branded debit card that can be pre-funded with your money and used to make purchases or withdraw cash. The card is reloadable, meaning you can deposit money onto the card over and over again. It is not a disposable gift card.

Your DebitPass card can be used worldwide wherever MasterCard is accepted. You can use your card to make purchases in person, online, or over the phone. You can also use your card to get cash at virtually any ATM in the world or by using the cash-back feature at retailers. You can obtain your balances and transaction activity online or by calling a toll free telephone number. You may also obtain card balances at most ATM’s. Online queries are free, but there is a fee for other queries.How to get one. Simply stop by the Queen of Peace Arlington FCU submit an enrollment form. There is a one-time $5.00 fee. It will take 5 to 7 days for you to receive your card and Personal Identification Number (PIN). There are no monthly or annual fees, no costs for purchases, although there is a fee for ATM withdrawals.
